
Formerly a component of Epicurious.com, Gourmet magazine has expanded to a new website all its own, officially up and running as of yesterday–and it is wonderful. The pictures, such an integral part of any website experience for me, are color-saturated and enticing; there is a variety of subjects on the main page, offering recipes, instructional videos, author profiles, Q&As, and a particularly fascinating segment on whisks that provides solid direction and advice. You can now get information from the current magazine and more, and the links on the site encourage delving. I’m not ashamed to say that I’ve spent the majority of my workday clicking around, and enjoying every minute of it.
